This means you have to either take the lift up to Lodge Road, or walk around the steps to the top (or down if coming from road level).

Apparently Lodge Road was the least used tram stop on the line.

The tram stop is a short walk from High Street, West Bromwich, so if on Lodge Road you can go down the steps or use the lift. Or take the ramp.
